4、我是一个善良的人
5、我是一个重感情的人
6、我是一个孝顺的人
7、我是一个幽默的人
8、我是一个向往自由的人

10、我是一个好动的人
从马斯洛的5个方面分析来看，我是一个成熟稳重的人，在社交方面，我真诚主动交往，擅于与他人沟通，正确处理人际关系。从詹姆斯的自我分析来看，我是一个有目标，有抱负，有信念的人。他人看到的我，就是真实的我。从罗杰斯的自我分析来看，我是一个脚踏实地，务实，不会好高骛远的人。

十个我：
1.我是爱笑的；
2.我是喜欢旅游的；
3.我是孝顺的；
4.我是需要被尊重的；
5.我是善良的；
6.我是多愁善感的；
7.我是比较敏感的；
8.我是追求完美的；
9.我是缺乏安全感的；
10.我是上进的。
分析：
一.根据美国人本主义心理学家马斯洛的需 要层次进行分析可知：
1.在生活中最基本的生理需要已经得到基本的满足，所以在十个我中并没有体现出我对生理的需要；
2.我希望得到别人对我的尊重，所以假如别人对我有所不尊重的话会让我对自己不自信，而且也比较在意别人对自己的看法，对身边的事情比较敏感，比较多愁善感，同时也缺乏安全感，在第四个、第五个、第六个、第七个中和第九个我中都有所体现，因此看出我对安全需要、归属和爱的需要、和尊重需要的追求。
3.在第八个和第十个我中体现出我对自我实现的需要，追求充分发挥我自己的潜在能力并达到完善化，追求自我的实现，发挥自身的价值。
二.根据罗杰斯、詹姆斯的自我概念进行分析可知：我比较追求精神和社会的我。在十个我中体现出我有自己的个人目标、抱负和信念，注重精神上的追求，希望精神获得需要得到满足。比较在意他人所看到的我是怎样的，追求社会上的我，能融入社会，在社会中表现自己，获得更多人的认可，得到满足，获得自信和成就感。
